Stepping Stone for the City of Garland Golf
The City of Garland and Firewheel staff wants to ensure the health and safety of our patrons.    We are taking extra precautions to provide a safe environment for our staff and patrons by implementing the following policies, safety measures, course and play-related changes:
 
  • The course and driving range are open. Practice range distances have been increased. Range balls and baskets are cleaned and disinfected between each use.
  • All CDC recommendations and social distancing rules must be followed or you will be asked to leave the property.
  • Snacks and beverages are available at drive-up counter only.
  • The time between tee times has been increased to 12 minutes.
  • All patrons must stay at least 6 feet apart at all times.
  • No individual will be allowed in the facility without staff permission.
  • Check-in and credit card only payments will be processed outside the Club House.
  • Individual carts are mandatory and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis. One person per cart unless you cohabitate with your playing partner.
  • Carts are being sanitized before and after each rental.
  • No groups larger than four players are allowed.
  • We have minimized touchable surfaces by removing all bunker rakes, ball washers, sand bottles and cart coolers.
  • On-course restrooms will be open and sanitized throughout the day.
  • Hole-cups have been modified. Please do not touch the flag sticks. 
  • Walking is allowed and encouraged when possible.
